Exporting a square sequence
When you export make sure you’re exporting the same aspect ratio, either
1080 x 1080 or
720 x 720.
When exporting choose the H.264 format. If you have the “Match Source” preset you can choose that, otherwise you’ll need to choose a 1080p or 720p preset and edit the Width.
Facebook doesnt use high quality sound so use 128 kb/s for that, stick to 720p and 30fps at most (1280x720) which is a 16:9 aspect ratio
